Sandra Kent - Executive Director
Sandra is responsible for the development of the state network, as well as national and international partnerships. She was Oklahoma’s National Distinguished Principal in 2008 and has been an active participant and leading advocate for OKA+ Schools since she brought the first of three schools into the network in 2003. Sandy has no peer in her experience and commitment to the OKA+ Schools’ philosophy and practice.
Jean Hendrickson - Director Emeritus
Jean served as the Oklahoma A+ Schools Executive Director for 11 years and is now in a consulting role as she continues to support A+ through network and program development.
Rosalynn Wade - Program Director
Rosalynn gives planning and direction to services provided to OKA+ schools, associates and Fellows. She holds an MA in educational leadership from Southern Nazarene University and is an adjunct professor there. Her passion for giving students creative choice and problem solving opportunities comes from her work as a visual art teacher and arts integration specialist for over twenty years.
Zachary Dumas - Operations Director
Zachary has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). He provides leadership in OKA+ activities, partnerships and events and oversees financial management and day-to-day operations of the office. Zachary also teaches for the Mass Communication Department at UCO.
Genie Reiman - Regional Coordinator
Genie is primary contact for schools in the northern and eastern regions of the state. She also directs, designs costumes, and teaches an acting class for Clark Youth Theatre in Tulsa. Genie received her BFA in Theatre from the University of South Dakota and her MFA in Acting/Directing with an emphasis in Child Drama from the University of North Carolina/Greensboro.
Brittany Lee - Regional Coordinator
Brittany is the primary coordinator for schools in the OKC metro area. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and will soon receive her Master’s Degree in Instructional & Academic Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. She has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and absolutely loves nurturing and educating young minds.
Sarah Bailey-Price - Regional Coordinator
Sarah has been an Elementary Music Specialist for 3 years, teaches private music lessons, and is an active member in the Oklahoma Music Educators Association as well as the National Education Association. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Oklahoma Baptist University with an emphasis in Vocal Music Education. Sarah has also served as an OKA+ Fellow for the past year and is excited to become a Regional Coordinator.
Anne Springall - Project Specialist
Anne coordinates logistics and communication for projects and events. Her background includes the travel industry as well as gifted program development and direction at Putnam City High School, admissions supervision at OSU-OKC, and classroom instruction at Gilcrease Junior High School in Tulsa and Travel Institute of the Pacific in Honolulu.

Catherine Godwin - Executive Assistant
Catherine is the executive assistant to Sandra Kent and bookkeeper for OKA+ Schools. She is also currently attending University of Central Oklahoma as a senior majoring in Psychology.
Therese Underwood - Administrative Assistant
Therese came to the OKA+ staff in January 2011. She is retired from Southwest Airlines and is very happy to be working with OKA+ Schools. She truly enjoys working on the great UCO campus and being with educators who are committed to nurturing creativity in all aspects of education.
